Delta Airlines has exciting news for travelers between New York-JFK to Lagos Nigeria. Starting from December 1, 2024, Delta will resume daily service on this route after it was paused in 2021.
The airline will operate its Airbus A330-200 aircraft with 223 seats, featuring Delta One, Premium Select, Comfort+, and Main Cabin classes. This new flight will complement the existing daily Lagos service out of Delta’s Atlanta mega hub. While the route frequency from New York will be reduced to 3x weekly starting January 16, 2025, Delta plans to operate an impressive 10x weekly flights between the U.S. and Nigeria.
